Your excellent communication and persuasive skills will be crucial in showcasing the benefits of our innovative solar tracker solutions and matching them with customers' needs. Acting as a bridge between our technology team and clients, your expertise will ensure seamless communication and utmost customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our solar tracker products and services.
· Identify and qualify leads, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
· Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the company's technology team and clients to facilitate smooth communication and ensure all technical queries are addressed satisfactorily.
· Collaborate with the technology team to ensure a thorough understanding of our solar tracker solutions, features, and technical aspects to effectively communicate with clients.
· Participate in industry tradeshows and events to represent Mokun Renewable Technology Co.,Ltd. , showcase our products, and build networks with potential clients.
· Document all lead information, interactions, and sales activities accurately and efficiently in the company's CRM system.
· Effectively communicate the value proposition of Mokun products to potential clients and overcome objections to secure sales.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to remain well-informed during client interactions.
· Meet and exceed individual sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
· Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients' needs are met throughout the sales process and beyond.

Requirements:

· Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
· Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
· Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
· Technical knowledge or experience in the solar industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Eagerness to learn and understand solar technology is essential.
· Ability to effectively communicate technical information between clients and the company's technology team.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with a passion for sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
